“I am Japanese, and in April 2026 I stayed at Novotel Caserta Sud because I was invited to the Caserta Tattoo Convention, and this hotel was one of the partner hotels for the event. The exterior and interior of the hotel were both beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The reception staff, the bar staff, and the restaurant staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Even though I am not fluent in Italian or English, everyone treated me with great patience, warmth, and professionalism. My room was also very clean and comfortable. I could feel their hospitality in every small detail throughout my stay. Because of Novotel Caserta Sud, the standard for hotels in my beloved Italy has become much higher for me, and now I am a little afraid to stay at other hotels in the future. haha Thank you very much for taking such good care of me during my four-day stay.
